3. Service Engagement

Appointments booked through Notarix are scheduled at your convenience subject to availability. It is your responsibility to ensure that all required documentation is accurate and complete at the time of your appointment.

4. Refund Policy

Services

Appointments and services involving notarial acts are considered final due to the nature of the service. Refunds are not provided if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours before the appointment time, as this results in lost availability for other clients and resource allocation.

In exceptional circumstances, such as documented emergencies, refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a rescheduling or refund, please contact our team through the contact form.

Infoproducts

Notarix currently does not offer information products. Should such offerings be introduced, specific refund policies will be provided at that time.

Goods

As Notarix does not sell physical goods, this section does not apply.

5. Payment and Refund Method

Payments for services are processed through our secure payment system. In the case where refunds are approved, they will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Service Rescheduling

Notarix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or inability to attend appointments.
